In transit times will vary depending on where the item is shipping from. While most items are shipped from our warehouse some items are shipped directly from the manufactureres warehouse which are located throughout the United States. Regardless of where the item is shipping from we process the order same day and make sure we get it to you as soon as possible.

Free shipping information Bergman Luggage offers FREE Ground Shipping within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $100*. A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be added to any order under $100. Orders shipping to Alaska please see the Alaska shipping rates below.
Free shipping does not apply to Tumi products Refer to the chart below for Tumi shipping rates. This is a standard rate that all authorized Tumi dealers are required to charge. Please select "Tumi Products" as the shipping option at check out.
Bergman Luggage also offers an expedited shipping option that provides delivery of your item'(s) in 2-3 days from the day it is shipped which can depend on that items current stock situation. Expedited delivery charges are based on your orders sub-total. Please see table below for rates.

Return Policy
We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, Bergman Luggage offers a 30-day return policy on any unused items. Please email Bergman Luggage Customer Service Department at customerservice@bergmanluggage.com or call 1-800-Bergman for a return authorization number.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All merchandise must be in new unused condition in the original carton with all information and tags attached.
*Returns will not be valid without a Return Authorization number emailed to you from Bergman Luggage.
Once you have received your authorization number, please ship your items to:

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Your refund will be processed within two business days of the receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
* Offer not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States, bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer, or any personalized merchandise.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contact Bergman Luggage prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists Bergman Luggage will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
