Shipping Time
In transit times will vary depending on where the item is shipping from. While some items are shipped from our warehouse other items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse which are located throughout the United States. Products shipping Standard Ground from vendor warehouses can take 2-4 additional business days to process and ship, Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Regardless of where the item is shipping from we process the order same day and make sure we get it to you as soon as possible.

Expedited orders usually ship within 2 business days of your order. *For Alaska and Hawaii expedited orders please call for shipping cost.

Return Policy
Free Exchanges*
If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs we can take care of this for you without shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the return and get you the product you need.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, Bergman Luggage offers a 30-day return policy on any unused items. Please email Bergman Luggage Customer Service Department at information@bergmanluggage.com or call 1-800-Bergman for a return authorization number.
All merchandise must be in new unused condition in the original carton with all information and tags attached.
Returns will not be valid without a Return Authorization number emailed to you from Bergman Luggage.
Once you have received your authorization number, please ship your items to:

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Your refund will be processed within two business days of the receipt of merchandise.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contact Bergman Luggage prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists Bergman Luggage will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
